A man backed into my car in a parking lot. He accepted his guilt, and he gave me all his information (I give not because it is my guilt). I placed a claim with his insurance (b/c my insurance $ 1,000 deductible) and I waited over a week now, but not pass the responsibility.
Can someone please give me some advice, what should I do? How long will assume responsibility is to go through?
When should I assess my car? they said an offer and send it to them, as I do that? Should they not send someone to see my car instead?
Continue to call the insurance guys, give them the claim number they gave you when you filed and remain on them. You have the papers on their end, but it should not last forever, and it helps to stay on them. Call to check each day or every day on the status of your application number.
