Can a creditor, a complaint against your insurance company, after the withdrawal?

My car was taken on 9 / 11. I tried my car  Wells Fargo, but playing games as I said the car is on its way to the auction no, it’s always there and we can not have an influence on them  it goes to the auction in a few days. So I went and got another car. But today  I think they are filing a claim for the same day they took the car. The application was filed today at 1:06. However, the car was not insured at this time. I also had to sign papers that policy to the effect again, that no complaint because NO accident would be filed. If the lender is able to testify against my policy in these circumstances?

Yes, approval leinholder on your policy, allows leinholder entitled to your policy in case of bodily injury file.

Unfortunately, because the car was not insured, the application will not be paid.
You have a big problem with your insurance company. She filed an affidavit that there was no injuries, but a loss of deposit! Probably because the recovery from a guarantee that you will not get LOST was based, recovery will be canceled. They committed fraud – not that you are not promised a claim file, but likely you have “no loss”, while the insurance was expired.

It may or may not be true. If the loss occurred while the car was not insured, the main problem. If the loss occurred before the insurance expires, you can go ahead, call the insurance and correct the date of loss brought on the claim of the lender.
If coverage was in force when the loss happens, the insurance pays. Otherwise, they will not pay – and your leinholder the insurance fees “involuntary” add in the balance you owe on the car repo.
