Can I make a statement to the police for my car insurance?

I was driving and a pedestrian on the road in the traffic policeman, the evidence reviewed, that allegations of CCTV pedestrian and several other witnesses, it was my fault. However, it was shown a red light and not the evidence that CCTV was my fault.

However, I am now trying to get insurance, the company said on their files, he said it was my fault. My current insurance is the hunt to obtain a police report so that they can do without fault and my NCB is protected.

Who knows if I can get it directly from the police station rather than wait for a minimum of 2 full months before the report can be obtained from the insurance company to solve this problem?

Personally, I do not think there will be no chance the police will return you are looking for. I do not think they really tell your assurance that you are not at fault. What I think he would be a simple statement like – “CCTV images show that the pedestrian crosses the street while the red light n Walk presented no charges have been laid against the driver at this time”
