   Do you drive his cars?

   Who is the owner of the car you are driving?

   There is a whole lot of other information that is needed.

   Your best bet is to call or meet with your State Farm agent and ask them.

   You have suppose to have your own insurance if you do not live with your dad. All the agent has to do is change your address to where you live now.

   I see it all the time that kids stay on their parents policy because it is cheaper that way. But really they are not suppose to. If there is a claim most likely State Farm will still cover you, but they do have a right not to so there is no guarantee.

   All you have to do is change your address. Hopefully you are listed as a driver on the insurance policy. If your not, then get added as a driver first before changing the address.
