Can someone help me with auto insurance claim ?

I was injured in an auto accident (was hit in the rearend). The other driver was at fault. My doctor bills are around $35000.00. The person that is at fault has $25000.00 liability insurance. The accident happened in Virginia. What are my options?

    See if you have any 1st party medical coverage on your own policy, or underinsured bodily injury coverage. Call your claims department to report this and they will assign it to an adjuster who will tell you if you are covered.
