Yes you can. There are many times when a police report is not filed! In my area, if both cars can be driven, and no one is injured enough to be transported to the hospital by ambulance, the drivers exchange information and the police do not write a report!

Contact your insurance company today to file the claim!

yes, there usually is not a police report on private property. anyway, you really dont need a police report for any accident, since it is only 1 person’s second hand opinion of what happened in the accident. the insurance company will do their own investigation if one is necessary.

Sure you can claim under the auto policy, if you have collision coverage. The only time you NEED a police report for an auto claim is for theft. For fire, you need the fire marshall’s report.

Homeowners doesn’t cover car damage. No way, no how, not ever.

I’m trying to picture how you roll down a hill and get totalled, though, and am not seeing it. Maybe off a cliff? But then how did you get the car out?

Yes you dont have to have a police report to file a claim. I would just call your insurance agent & report a claim with them & they will take care of every thing for you. I hope this helps! Good Luck :)
