Looking for a new insurance since my Infinity my policy be canceled under false pretenses and I had proof, but they refused to help me and were very condescending and rude and said basically they would have to rewrite the policy and charging me more than I previously paid for so I’m looking for a new car insurance and look progressive, but I am concerned about how the customer service and how to handle their claims. Could you, if you had to open an application and how easy it was and to close a claim? I appreciate all the comments and if you follow other interesting companies I know Thank you!
I have never had insurance with them, but my two sisters and I have had for some years. Both had them file for claims. They say the insurance company treated very well and were quickly put to support their claims with no problems. A claim was fairly high, but everything went well with no worries.
