I have liability insurance for travelers. The car on the policy has seen its better days I bought a car today. I have 30 days to receive a label (at least in GA). A friend told me that, if they bought in the same situation, provides progressive protection for the vehicle only for a limited time without having to remove the cars already on the policy.

Can I purchased the car i only without the addition of the policy now?
(My dealer is closed today, otherwise I would do the obvious)
Yes, in most cases, an existing policy contains a new car for 30 days. You will have the same coverage that you already have, if there was an accident.
