His account of a car accident (complicated situation) sued?

Hi, I was involved in a car accident almost two years (my fault) and now I am haunted by a witness. I was driving along a two-lane highway into a narrow part of the city that I do not know. I came to a very sharp curve at the top of a hill, and I appreciate the turn. My passenger side wheels left the roadway and struck an area seriously, and I lost control of my car. I met a driver in the oncoming lane and found himself on the shoulder of the other side of the road. were wounded, it was a lot of damage, but none of us, we took two away and paramedics were not even mentioned. We were both very happy, because it could have been much worse. This is where it gets interesting

The accident occurred in front of the property of others, and the house was at least 100 feet from the street. The man and the woman went from her house to the street to make sure no one was injured. The woman held her arms and her dog mentioed crazy (on her porch) when they heard the crash and was thrown to the ground, and said she had a broken arm …

About a week later I received a call from my insurance company and this woman has changed her story … She said she had actually walked outside the fence line of the highway and my car almost over her. She said she injured her arms because she had to dodge jump out of the way my car! I have the insurance agent was not true, and told the dog “story I heard at the accident scene (even my wife, my uncle and his father about the dogs when they arrived at the scene). The insurance agent asked me, photos of the land claim and the street where the accident occurred, just to prove that the house was not in the vicinity of the accident. I did it and never heard from them and his claim was denied because it wrong information.

Last night, almost two years after the accident, I was served with papers in my apartment. I went for medical expenses for surgery and physical anguish, future costs, etc., etc. I called my insurance and I’m waiting for an answer, and my uncle (a retired lawyer) and my parents told me the insurance company has lawyers to is avoided, and this lady does not know what it against him.

The only problem that I could really hurt is the fact that my driving record is not very good. After the accident I was in another wreck about 9 months later (minor accident at a red light, but my fault again) and I was speeding back again for about six months after the accident (two weekends in a row, while about 40 km / h in a zone of 30 km / h) and I could not refuse, or because I my option of Conduct defensive when I receive a summons to the first scene of the accident. So I am very concerned that the prosecution will continue my driving record against me in court to try to look at me, as I will be the best person always negligent, and no judge or jury believe I made my word on its history. I have 14 years driving and literally just a bad luck for one year and had no problems since (knock on wood).

If my insurance will be able to hire these lawyers or against this woman, or can I handle my own lawyer ASAP fight? How can I prove that this woman is lying?
The insurance will handle it. Depending on who they are, they have a department dealing with these things. Im sure they took a recorded statement at a given time. Many times, those who are questioning at the high dollar claims are former police / FBI fate of the people and can make a person susceptible to for so much of the testimony that the case be thrown trips. Ultimately, it could be placed with insurance fraud bill, filing a false report to police, contempt of court, etc.

If you are summoned as a witness, make sure you talk to a lawyer of your insurance company before he is called. You you can not tell you what to say, but they can write with you what has happened and suggest how to manipulate you. At this point they have already much money invested in the claim that they do not want to lose now.
