Is it possible for a member of the House not to add to a car insurance policy?

I have recently bought a new car, I am enrolled in the insurance policy, but my friend is driving the car is there anyway to get the car, even though he lives in pa and I live in New Jersey insurance?

You do not need to “add” him if he is only occasionally the car ride. With rare exceptions, to drive your consent at any time to anyone with a valid driver’s license your car insured by an insurance company they will have what you are covered on this car. If your friend or the driver’s life, makes no difference.
