I thought it was normal. If you and another was in a car accident, I thought the police and the insurance was probably the scene to leave.
I dialed 911 and told them about my accident, but they said that no one would come, unless someone was injured and needed hospitalization. I also called my insurance, but nobody would come there, either.
I did what I should do when you get in a car accident, but no one came out of the tow truck.
Insurance wont come. You have better things to do, and they can see the car later if you make a claim.
Police are usually, but sometimes once again that they do more important things and not have it.
