I have raised our car insurance bill and my premiums by 70%. My husband got a ticket for 1-5 miles over the speed limit to go in April. He went to court and they asked him to pay the fine and they would not give him points for that. It turns out that they do not give up, points for it (my insurance company has told me what to record on his way) and they have put on the back two different times .. then they gave him 2 points twice. I should clarify to the DMV about this, or the courthouse? Does he need proof? We do not really have evidence.
The DMV would not know that he will only have a ticket. He should go to the courthouse.
