Value of the insurance claim?

Wednesday night I had an accident in my car were brothers, we turned a corner, a drag on the other side of the road and hit her head on the truck, it was totally my fault brothers and he agrees.

The injuries I have are the following: back broken hand, severe pain in his right shoulder (not in a position to lift something), severe pain in the neck, very stiff neck, bad back pain upper and lower. I have bruises on my shin, neck (due to seat belt) and also on my elbow. I also have a little glass bowl.
I had 4 day school (one level), I went back and had pain all day today, I enjoyed it very difficult to find carry a bag, and writing very difficult. So I just turned 17 and my broken hand that prevented me from doing driving lessons.
So my brother is willing to give me from his insurance claim (that’s what he pays, after all), I need to write a letter to the insurance company with my claim, but I have no idea of value, can someone help me with this?

Their records from the hospital after the accident are the most important thing, but as I said, minor injuries heal in time. But even then the insurance will not matter that you can not really take you probably need to tell the doctor, you are ready for drive insurance to be valid.

For value, more than a few grand again, however, that Timbo says it will take years (it took 4 in my case with serious injuries) and many visits to a specialist to assess the injuries that will most likely healed completely by then.
