I was involved in a car accident with two other vehicles. I was the first car at a red light and the guy who crashed two cars behind the vehicle in front of him and that therefore the vehicle rear-ended me. I filed a claim with the insurance guys and they refuse to pay because of another accident last year with another of its clients, which closed behind me.
I chose this one 1200.00 I do not repair my truck. It just happens that the last car accident, the guy had the same company. This latest accident has caused more damage to the bumper and suspension. Our business is tomorrow. I want to know what my chances of winning.
