Why do you want to withdraw your claim?

If you are at fault and caused damage to someone elses car, your insurance company is still liable to cover their damages. However, they could deny the claim leavin you responsible to pay if you do not cooperate with them

If you are not at fault and don’t want to make a claim for repairs, call your adjuster and tell them. You may have to sign a claim withdrawl form

IF YOU OWN THE VEHICLE FREE AND CLEAR YOU CAN WITHDRAW YOUR CLAIM WITHOUT ANY PENALTIES.

THE ACCIDENT WILL STILL SHOW UP BUT IT WILL NOT COUNT AGAINST YOU BECAUSE YOU NEVER RECEIVED ANY FUNDS FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY.
