In 16, and unfortunately my parents will not let me under their insurance for the car (I know that things are complicated) to go, but hopeing that when I get my own car and for my own insurance to pay for expensive anyone know what my insurance company would cut about costs?
Sorry. At 16, you can not in an ongoing financial commitment that insurance is what is in effect. If your parents say no, you have no choice but to wait up to 18 years.
