The first group of pilots who are still involved in road accidents are those that are younger age. Teenagers are known for ruthlessly and so it is not surprising that many accidents on the road these days are young drivers. Some even if they do not have a license and full insurance again.
The second group of drivers who are likely to pay more to politics, are often those who break the law. They have an issue with parking tickets and numerous traffic violations. Some are even too recklessly, damage to properties during the trip. Party will not tolerate such behavior and thus require the driver at high speed of the policy.
The third group are those who are alcoholics. These people do not respect the laws and no matter how many times they get caught drunk while driving and the penalties, they do not change easily. The records of these people show that they are breaking the law and order because they do not get good prices for the policy.
